Who's behind this
Hi, I'm Anne
I'm a chemical engineer who spent years doing everything the responsible way, and still ended up starting over more than once. Research, then process engineering, then operations, then a business that did not survive the pandemic.
I started posting because I needed somewhere to be honest about the messy middle. Turns out a lot of women were sitting in the same place, waiting for the version of themselves who finally follows through.
Becoming Her is the room I wished existed back then. I'm not at the finish line either. That's kind of the point.

Founder
Chemical engineer turned creator. Anne started Becoming Her as a community of 61 women in January 2026, and built it into the rooms, experiences, and platform it is today. She's not at the finish line either — that's the point.

Hannah is the Co-Founder of Becoming Her and a Business Growth Strategist passionate about helping women turn their ideas, skills, and ambitions into sustainable opportunities. With a background in digital marketing, remote work, and business strategy, she helps create experiences, systems, and spaces where women can connect, grow, and confidently build their next chapter.
