For the woman who works hard, wants her fitness goal too, and is tired of programs built for somebody else's week.
Train strong. Think bold. Become her.
You've started before. That's not the problem.
By Saturday the plan was solid — new program, grocery list, alarm set for 5AM. By Thursday one skipped workout turned into "sige lang, Monday na pud ko mo-start."
It was never discipline you lacked. It was a plan that fit somebody else's week, and nobody who'd notice if you disappeared.
That's the whole reason this exists.
And definitely not another "no excuses" program — we're all tired of those. It's a 90-day system with three parts.
Before day one you answer the Strong & Sustainable questionnaire — your schedule, your equipment, your experience, your injuries, your life.
You walk into kickoff holding a plan with your name on it. Two days a week or five. Dumbbells at home or a full gym. Covered.
Dili generic PDF. Part twoYou're placed in a pod of eight women. Ten minutes a week checking in on each other — that's the contract.
Plus the full community, live calls every two weeks, and me. I built this, and I'm doing the 90 days right beside you.
Part threePoints for workouts done, habits kept, check-ins made — capped at the commitment you chose. A 2-day-a-week mom competes fairly against a 5-day gym girl.
Winning pod takes the prize. Best consistency streak. And a community-voted award for best journey — judged on your story, never on your body.
One price. Nothing sold to you again on day 45.
Becoming Her Run Club, August 2026. The challenge is new — the community around it is not.
Your plan takes time to build, so registration closes the day before kickoff. Answer the questionnaire, and your programme is waiting for you at the door.
Five of the first twenty registrants marked themselves "brand new." Half train at home. You're not behind.
₱8,895
₱5,495
One payment. The full 90 days, both live events, and everything above.
For comparison: 90 days of one-to-one personal training in Cebu runs ₱30,000 and up. This is a complete system plus a sisterhood.
Your schedule, equipment, experience, injuries. This is what makes the plan yours.
Get your plan, meet your pod, set your goal. Optional day-one photo and measurements station.
Your plan in the app, your pod every week, the whole community every two weeks.
Halfway celebration and re-commit. The point where most programmes lose you — so we put a room here.
Final assessment, stories, awards for consistency and for journey. Then you decide who you're becoming next.

Especially you. Five of the first twenty registrants marked themselves brand new. Your plan starts at learn-the-moves pace — two sets, simple exercises, zero assumptions.
Then your plan is built on two days, and your challenge score is capped at two days. You can win this whole thing on two days a week. Consistency is the sport here, not volume.
No. Honestly though — counting leads to more predictable results. If you're not ready for that, the default is the plate method and it works.
We strongly encourage day-one and day-45 measurements and photos, because they're the only honest record of your own progress. You are never required to post them. Only if and when you're comfortable.
Half the current registrants train at home with dumbbells or bodyweight. There's a full home track with demos for every movement.
Then your pod calls you and we restart tomorrow — not Monday, not next month. Restarting is the skill this challenge actually teaches.
That depends on your starting point, your goal and what you do with the plan — so we don't promise a number, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. What we promise is the plan, the structure, the coaching and the eight women who notice when you go quiet. The showing up is yours.
